Tactizen is a blockchain-based nation simulation game where players can:
- Create and manage virtual citizens
- Participate in political systems including voting and elections
- Engage in economic activities such as working, trading, and company management
- Join military activities and wars
- Interact with other players through parties, military units, and social features
To use Tactizen, you must connect a compatible Web3 wallet (such as MetaMask). You are responsible for:
- Maintaining the security of your wallet and private keys
- All activities that occur under your account
- Ensuring your account information is accurate
We are not responsible for any loss resulting from unauthorized access to your wallet or account.
You agree NOT to:
- Use bots, scripts, or automated tools to play the game
- Exploit bugs or glitches for unfair advantage
- Harass, threaten, or abuse other players
- Create multiple accounts to gain unfair advantages
- Impersonate other players or staff members
- Share or sell your account
- Use the Game for any illegal purposes
- Attempt to hack, reverse-engineer, or compromise the Game's systems
- Post illegal, defamatory, or harmful content in newspapers or messages
Tactizen allows users to create and share content through newspapers, articles, and private messages. You acknowledge that:
You are solely responsible for any content you post, publish, or send to other users
Tactizen Recreation does not pre-screen, monitor, or endorse user-generated content
We are not liable for any content created by users
We reserve the right to remove content that violates these terms or applicable laws
If you encounter inappropriate content, please report it through our Support System.
The Game may include virtual items, currencies, and NFTs. You acknowledge that:
- Virtual items have no real-world monetary value unless explicitly stated
- We reserve the right to modify, remove, or adjust virtual items at any time
- NFTs and blockchain-based assets are subject to network conditions and smart contract functionality
- All transactions on the blockchain are final and irreversible
Secure & Private Voting
Tactizen uses zkSNARK technology for anonymous voting. By participating in elections:
- You consent to your vote being cryptographically verified on the zkVerify blockchain
- Your vote remains private - only proof of validity is recorded publicly
- You acknowledge that blockchain records are permanent and immutable
All content in Tactizen, including but not limited to graphics, text, code, and game mechanics, is owned by Tactizen Recreation and is protected by intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or create derivative works without explicit permission.
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account at any time for:
- Violation of these Terms of Service
- Cheating or exploiting the Game
- Disruptive behavior toward other players
- Any reason we deem necessary for the health of the Game community
THE GAME IS PROVIDED "AS IS" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND. WE DO NOT GUARANTEE:
- Uninterrupted or error-free service
- That defects will be corrected
- The accuracy or reliability of any information obtained through the Game
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Tactizen Recreation shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Game.
We may modify these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Game after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms. We will notify users of significant changes through in-game announcements.
